Eric started his career in 1987 as a laborer, working his way up to a foreman position quickly. In 1993 he successfully completed a 4 year apprenticeship program with Associated Builders and Contractors, graduating as a journeyman carpenter. He continued working as a foreman with a local company, honing skills in residential and commercial construction.

In 1999 Eric decided to venture out on his own and appiled for and received his Maryland Home Improvement Contractor's License. Since that time, he and his company have served many satisfied customers with their dreams of being at or near Deep Creek Lake.
